I just got word this morning that our friend and colleague, Michelle, better
known as II Juicy, had passed on.
Michelle's sister, Shorty, was with the band when we won the Cincy Blues Challenge
in 2003, and Michelle and I had gone to NYC (Long Island, specifically) to
do a gig with Richie and the Students, and rode about all the way back together,
so we had time to exchange a few ideas. She was bright, witty, incredibly
talented and she will be sorely missed by music fans in general and Cincinnati
blues fans one and all.
Gone too soon.

Funeral arrangements: the homegoing celebration for Michele Feaster (Ms.
II Juicy) will be held this Saturday August 14th 2010 at The House of Joy,
5912 Hamilton Ave viewing is at 11am.
